Badge and Brand Guidelines
How the VibeLock Verified badge, the trust page link and the VibeLock name may be shown.
The badge is only worth something because it is always live and always about one application. These rules keep it that way. The badge and trust pages are not yet available; these guidelines apply from the day they are.
1. What the badge says
The badge shows one of two facts, both computed by VibeLock from evidence: Verified, with the date of the last verified scan, while all of the published badge criteria hold; or Last verified, with the date on which they last all held. You cannot edit what it shows. Its verification link opens a VibeLock page that names the verified application and shows its current facts. The owner of every application with a badge uses VibeLock and may pay for it. The badge criteria are VibeLock's own, are published on the verification page, and are the same for every application.
2. How to show it
- Use only the embed code from your dashboard. It shows the current state and links to the live verification page.
- Show the badge only on the application it was issued for, or on pages that are clearly about that application, such as your own website, documentation, a sales proposal or a security questionnaire answer.
- Keep the link to the verification page or your trust page working wherever the badge appears.
- Show it at a size where its text can be read, without cropping, recolouring, distorting, animating or covering it.
3. What you may not do
- Show a screenshot, saved image or copy of the badge in place of the live embed. A copy proves nothing and is a misrepresentation.
- Show a badge for any application other than the one it was issued for, including another application of yours.
- Keep showing an old image after your trust page has been unpublished.
- Describe the badge or a trust page as a certification, audit, attestation or endorsement. Never say that it makes you or your application compliant, certified, aligned or conformant with any law, standard or framework; it does not.
- Say or suggest that VibeLock has approved, partnered with or endorsed your company or product.
- Use VibeLock, or anything confusingly similar, in your company name, product name, domain name, social media handle or advertising keyword.
- Create your own badge, seal or logo that resembles ours.
4. Words you can use
Accurate statements are fine, for example: "Verified by VibeLock on 12 October 2026, see the live verification link" or "Our trust page shows what VibeLock verified about this application." Always give the date, and link to the live page.
5. The VibeLock name and logo
VibeLock, the VibeLock logo and the VibeLock Verified badge are trademarks of VibeLock LLC. You may use the VibeLock name in text to refer to us accurately. Any other use of the logo, including in press, partner or event material, needs our written permission; ask at hello@vibelock.ai.
6. Enforcement
Our permission to show the badge is a limited, revocable license that lasts only while you follow these guidelines and the Terms of Service. If you breach them, we may ask you to remove the badge, remove your trust page for abuse as described in the Terms, and take any other step the law allows. Report a misused badge to hello@vibelock.ai.
