Refund Policy

Before launch

VibeLock is open for signups; paid plans are not open yet, and nothing is charged until they are. Joining the waitlist is free.

Subscriptions

• Cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Except as this policy or the law provides, we do not refund or credit a billing period you have started, whether monthly or annual. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
• If we end the Service or your account for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, or you cancel because of a change described in section 17 of the Terms, we refund the fees you paid in advance for the unused period.
• If you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, email hello@vibelock.ai and we will put it right.

Digital products

• The Vibe Coding Security OS ($129) is sold through Gumroad with this guarantee: "If it doesn't make your app measurably more secure within 30 days, email hello@vibelock.ai for a full refund." Email us within 30 days of purchase, with the email address you bought with, and we refund the full price. You do not have to prove anything beyond telling us it did not help.
• After those 30 days we do not refund the OS, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
• The Vibe Coding Security Checklist is free: it is offered on a pay what you want basis from $0. If you chose to pay something for it and want it back, email hello@vibelock.ai within 30 days of paying and we refund it.
• Gumroad sells the OS to you as merchant of record: it takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and pays refunds. Email hello@vibelock.ai, or ask Gumroad, and we will arrange the refund through Gumroad to the payment method you used. A refund of the OS ends your license to use it.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason, by emailing hello@vibelock.ai or cancelling in account settings and telling us you are withdrawing. If you asked us to start the plan straight away, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the days you had the plan before you withdrew. Nothing in this policy limits any right the law gives you that cannot be waived.

For digital content such as the Vibe Coding Security OS, the right to withdraw ends when delivery begins, but only if you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right. If that agreement was not asked for, the 14 day right still applies. You can exercise it by emailing hello@vibelock.ai or through Gumroad. Either way, the 30 day guarantee above also applies.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. We would rather resolve it directly, and a chargeback may result in account suspension while it is investigated.
