Refund Policy

Subscriptions

• Cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• We do not generally provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
• If you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable for an extended period, email hello@vibelock.ai and we will put it right.

Statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately and it is fully performed within that period, the right to withdraw may be lost, and we will tell you so before you start. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. We would rather resolve it directly, and a chargeback may result in account suspension while it is investigated.
