Waitlist and Early Access Terms

What joining the VibeLock waitlist means, how early access is offered, and what we do with what you give us.

Effective 12 October 2026Updated 21 October 2026

Joining is free and commits you to nothing. We will tell you when VibeLock opens. We do not promise a date, a price or a feature.

1. Joining

These terms are between you and VibeLock LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. You join the waitlist by giving us your email address. You may also give us the public address of your application and tell us whether you bought the Vibe Coding Security OS. Joining is free, and it does not create an account or commit you to buy anything. You must be at least 18 to join. If you join for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.

2. No promise of launch

Paid plans are not yet open. We do not promise that they will open by any date, that they will include any feature described on our website, or that they will be offered at the prices shown today. Prices, plans and features may change before they open. The Terms of Service in force at the time govern your use.

3. Early access

  • We open access in stages. Owners of the Vibe Coding Security OS are offered access first, then everyone else in the order they joined.
  • If you tell us you bought the Vibe Coding Security OS, or you join through a link we sent to buyers, we check that against the purchase records the store gives us, using the email address you gave us, before we give you priority. A claim we cannot match does not give priority. A false claim may lose your place.
  • Early access may include features in beta, which are provided as described in section 9 of the Terms of Service.
  • A place on the waitlist is personal to you and cannot be sold or transferred.

4. Your application address

An application address you give us is stored as text. It is not proof that you own the application and we treat it as nothing more than your claim. We never scan, fetch or resolve it on the strength of the waitlist entry. When we open, we send you a launch email; clicking its link is your go-ahead for a passive preview of that address, which reads only what any visitor would receive. Give an address only for an application you own or are authorised in writing to have scanned. Every deeper scan requires proof of ownership, as described in the Terms of Service.

5. Emails

We send you one email when VibeLock opens: your launch invitation. We email you otherwise only if something about your waitlist entry needs your attention, such as a claim we could not match. We send marketing email only if you agreed to receive it elsewhere, and every marketing email lets you unsubscribe.

6. Leaving

You can leave at any time by emailing hello@vibelock.ai. We may remove entries that look automated, fraudulent or abusive, or that give an address we reasonably believe is not yours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and keep waitlist data.

7. Changes and contact

We may change these terms before launch by publishing a new version here. The waitlist is free and provided as is; sections 13, 14, 18 and 19 of the Terms of Service apply to it as if it were the Service. Questions go to hello@vibelock.ai.
