Sign-up and the Free plan are open now. The Founder plan cannot be bought yet. If you joined the waitlist before sign-up opened, it commits you to nothing, and the waitlist and early access terms say what it does and does not promise.
Downgrades, failed payments and deletion
- Downgrade
- Your data is frozen, never deleted. The badge shows your last verified date. The trust page stays up.
- If a payment fails
- 14 days read-only with no new scans. After that the badge shows your last verified date. The trust page stays up.
- Cancellation
- Takes effect at the end of the billing period; you keep access until then.
- Account deletion
- Tokens are revoked, the trust page is unpublished, and the badge link stops resolving. Scan history is kept for 30 days, then purged.
